Aching, heavy legs with visible, rope-like veins.
Web-like clusters on the legs or face.
Legs that feel worse by the end of the day.
Your Health, Our Expertise
Each treatment is performed in-office by our vein team. Many patients benefit from a combination, planned in stages.
Our Primary Focus
Bulging, twisted veins can cause heaviness, aching and swelling. After an ultrasound evaluation, your vein specialist may recommend one treatment or a combination of:
Uses radiofrequency energy to heat and close diseased veins, improving circulation and easing symptoms of varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency.
A laser-based procedure that delivers controlled heat to seal faulty veins and redirect blood flow to healthier veins.
A medical-grade solution is injected into spider veins and small varicose veins, causing them to collapse and gradually fade.
Conservative care using graduated compression stockings to help manage venous insufficiency, swelling and leg discomfort.
Ambulatory Phlebectomy: bulging veins near the surface can be removed through tiny punctures, often combined with ablation. Learn about phlebectomy.
Your Treatment Journey
There’s no one-size-fits-all vein treatment. Here’s how we decide, together, what makes sense for your legs.
We review your symptoms and history, examine your legs and use a painless duplex ultrasound to see how blood flows through your veins.
We explain what we found and recommend one treatment or a combination that fits your veins, goals and lifestyle.
Most procedures use local anesthetic only, and many are completed in under an hour.
Many patients return to normal activities within a day or two. We follow up to check your progress.
A plan built around you
We explain every option, including what to expect for recovery, before any treatment begins.

Questions & Answers
Answers to the questions patients ask us most about vein conditions, treatments and recovery.
It depends on the type, size and location of the affected veins and what your ultrasound shows. Larger varicose veins are often treated with RFA or EVLT, spider veins with sclerotherapy, and compression can help manage symptoms. Many patients benefit from a combination.
No. RFA, EVLT and sclerotherapy are minimally invasive, in-office procedures. They don’t require large incisions or general anesthesia; most use a local anesthetic or none at all.
Most patients describe mild discomfort rather than pain. Some soreness or bruising afterward is common and usually fades within a few days.
Many patients return to normal activities within one to two days after RFA or EVLT, and right away after sclerotherapy. You may wear compression stockings for a few weeks and avoid strenuous activity for a few days.
Most patients have a consultation and ultrasound, the treatment visit and follow-up visits to check progress. Sclerotherapy sometimes needs more than one session, depending on the number and size of veins.
Many plans cover treatment when it’s medically necessary, for example for painful varicose veins or venous insufficiency. Cosmetic spider vein treatment is often not covered. We accept most major insurances (no Medicaid), and our team can help you check your coverage.
